DXS Referrals Direct
DXS Referrals Direct is the worlds first fully automated healthcare referral system.  It is installed on GPs desktops across the UK and is integrated with the Electronic Patient record system. The moment a diagnosis that could be referred to an Allied Health Professional is recorded, DXS Referrals Direct is activated. The GP is then instantly able to access a directory of the registered allied health professionals (AHPs) in the area that are best suited to treat the condition. There is also an in-depth profile of each directory listing and specific information about the profession. This exciting new feature from DXS is now ready for release and will empower GPs to make instant informed referrals to allied health professionals.

DXS web based USA version complete!
The DXS web based USA version is complete and about to be distributed to US physicians for it’s trial run. DXS CEO David Immelman is excited and optimistic about DXS’  potential in the USA. The project has taken a year to put together and in addition to providing a range of US content  such as patient handouts, treatment guidelines, drug data and travel advice it also includes  CPT4 and ICD9 coding functionality.  ICD9-CM codes are cross-walked to CPT4 and all content linked to the codes. Initially DXS will be sold as a stand-alone coder and clinical decision support source.  Discussions are in place for the first integration with an EMR vendor

MIMS South Africa Launch DXS
MIMS South Africa, part of the AVUSA publishing stable, has licensed DXS as their choice for their eMIMS product. This is now complete and distribution to doctors and pharmacies in SA has been launched.
